1. How can I contact AuraLuxe?

2. Where do you ship?

Currently, AuraLuxe ships only within the United States. We’re working on expanding our international shipping options soon!


3. Where are orders shipped from?

All AuraLuxe products are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our facilities in Hong Kong.


4. How long does shipping take?

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.


7. When are payments processed?

All payments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


8. What if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us at Contact@auraluxe.com for assistance.


9. What is your return policy?

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at Contact@auraluxe.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.


10. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.
